Getting started

Pointsharp Access Management

Set up your Pointsharp PIN, activate the Login App, and add additional token types for the Showroom environment.

1Create a Pointsharp PIN

  1. Go to https://passwordreset.pointsharp.net.
  2. Enter your username, for example Firstname.Surname@pointsharp.net, and the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number.
  3. Enter the OTP received by SMS.
  4. Enter your new Pointsharp PIN. Minimum 6 digits.
  5. Enter the PIN again for verification.

2Activate Login App

  1. If you already use the Pointsharp Login App: open the app, tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, and select Add to register a new service.
  2. If you do not already use the app: download Pointsharp Login App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store, then open the app and enter your email address.
  3. Enter your new password PIN.
  4. Enter the OTP sent to you by SMS.
  5. Done.

3Add additional token types

  1. Go to https://userportal.pointsharp.net/UserPortal/.
  2. Sign in with your newly added Login App or with SMS OTP.
  3. Add another token type, for example OATH or FIDO, or edit an existing token.

Congratulations, you are now ready to test the Pointsharp Access Management part of Showroom.
